Implementation of probation and aftercare program.
 
By order of the Honorable Court, the punishment of persons convicted of first and minor crimes shall be suspended and they shall be placed in a family/social environment under the supervision of the probation officer for correction and self-purification.

Providing education and vocational training to incarcerated persons. Developing and correcting the child's mentality through counseling under the supervision of a probation officer/social case worker in a juvenile/teenage development center instead of keeping the convicted children in prison.
